2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
2.2 Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2.4 Additional charges may apply for extra services, waiting time, or changes to the itinerary.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip may be subject to cancellation fees.
3.3 No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Passenger Responsibilities
4.1 Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
4.2 Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
4.3 Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

5. BritRide Responsibilities
5.1 We strive to provide timely and reliable transport services. However, we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who violate our policies.
5.3 BritRide ensures that all drivers are licensed, professional, and follow safety regulations.

6. Luggage and Personal Belongings
6.1 Passengers are responsible for their belongings. BritRide is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6.2 Additional charges may apply for excess luggage beyond the standard allowance.

7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 BritRide maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for its fleet and passengers.
7.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or cancellations.

8. Amendments and Updates
8.1 BritRide reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2 Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
